I need a first consultation
Arrange a first consultation with Mr Ollandini. A first visit is preferably face to face. Check the clinic location when arranging your visit.
At the end of the day, my priority is your health and well-being. Whether you're dealing with a complex urological issue or seeking advice on a sensitive matter, I am here to provide the expert care you need with the compassion and understanding you deserve.

Appointments, documents and practical help with your care. Choose what you need below.
Consultations are recorded through Carebit to support note-taking. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell Mr Ollandini before or during the appointment.
Use the website to find a first appointment. For an existing care plan, use the follow-up guide to find the appropriate review.
A consultation and penile Doppler can be arranged as a combined 75-minute appointment, or as a consultation followed by a separate 45-minute Doppler appointment.
Contact the practice to arrange the two parts together. A Doppler examination on its own needs a prior indication from Mr Ollandini; it is not offered here as an unrestricted booking.
Contact the practice to change or cancel an appointment. Have your appointment date and clinic details to hand.
The appointment FAQs explain the current arrangements. For an appointment booked directly with a hospital, use the contact details in your booking confirmation.
Check your appointment confirmation for the clinic, time and any instructions. Tell the practice about reports or results held by another provider so that the relevant information can be available for your visit.
The appointment FAQs cover referrals and what to expect at your first visit. Preparation for an ongoing review is covered in the follow-up guide.
Use the payment instructions provided with your invoice. If you need a copy, a receipt or help with a payment query, contact the practice.
If a payment reminder does not match what you expected, ask the practice to check it. Do not send card details in a general enquiry.
Use the practice transparency information and appointment FAQs to check general fees and insurance arrangements before booking. For costs specific to surgery or follow-up, use the relevant guide.
Check your cover and any authorisation requirements with your insurer. Contact the practice if you need help supplying the relevant details.

Contact the practice to discuss moving your care from the NHS or another provider. Explain what care you currently receive and what you would like reviewed.
The practice can discuss the next steps and which records are needed. An enquiry does not itself transfer responsibility for your ongoing care.
Contact the practice to discuss sharing the relevant information with your GP or another treating team.
You can access your documents through Carebit. The receiving provider will need to confirm how your care will continue; contacting the practice does not automatically arrange NHS care.
Contact the practice before your visit if you need help with access, communication or the appointment arrangements.
Explain what would help you so that the practice can discuss the arrangements for your chosen clinic.
Contact the practice to raise a concern or ask for the complaints procedure.
Explain what your concern relates to and how you would prefer to be contacted. The practice can tell you how your complaint will be handled.
